Color Me Mine interview questions

Manager asked general questions about working with kids, interests in art, and being under pressure. Pretty nice but also disorganized in operations. Seemed to have a high turnover rate because of it.

I sent a resume through their website, received a text from the manager/owner two weeks later, and immediately got declined for an interview due to a miscommunication on the manager/owner's part. After clearing it up, I got the interview via zoom call and was hired the next day. Easiest interview I ever had, but that was actually a bad sign, looking back because the owner/manager seemed really desperate for workers. Little wonder why: it was the worst job I've ever had. Super toxic bosses and atmosphere.
