Interview
started with phone screening and asked about basic behaviroal questions and how I'd fit into the company. then netwith the hiring manager as well as the under writing and went through the process of the position. they asked about previous experiences and knowledge on accounting mainly.
The interview lasted about 30 minutes. There are two parts, technical questions, and behavioral questions. They ask about details and dig deeper into the risk management area. You could feel some pressure but their altitude is nice.
