I applied online. I interviewed at Columbia Sportswear
Interview
Felt like the process was very automated and not personal. The emails go through a system and there is no person on the other side to reply. You book through a calendar for a 30 min time slot. I wasn’t sure if they were going to show up because they called me 10 minutes late. The questions weren’t related to the job and felt like the recruiter didn’t know what the job was when I was trying to ask questions they were dodged. Generally, I would have expected a better experience from Columbia but was disappointed.

Interview
The process started with an HR screening call followed by an Informal interview with hiring manager a few days later. The second interview round was a panel with peers, hiring manager, and senior manager. Communication was very timely with a total of about 2 hours across all three calls.
