ComEd People Ops Associate interview questions

First a phone screen with an external recruiter, then a prep call with the same recruiter before meeting with the hiring manager over the phone for 30-45 minutes. I had several miscommunications with the recruiter, since I was essentially communicating and coordinating with the hiring manager through them.
