Combined Insurance Sales Agent interview questions

Sat down and wasn't asked any questions. The lady jumped right into giving me the pitch on how to make money with the company. It seemed as though I had already got the job and this was the first session of training. No "what have you heard about us?" only "can you see yourself doing this?" and of course you're going to say "yes" but at that point saying yes is easy because it is all very appealing (really big numbers for making money 100,000$ in your first year). However, the whole process seemed off I applied on a third party website with just a resume and no cover letter, was immediately called and set up an interview. No talk about my previous work history beside I had some sales experience in the past. They said they were "very picky" about who they hire but that's all condition if they pass the schooling. Apparently, they aren't picky with who they send to school as long as your willing to leave for 3 weeks. The entire interview was a pitch that HR and leaders are trained to do, it's the exact same breakdown of the flow of the company. Which seems like a revamped pyramid scheme. The only reason I accepted was because I was in dire need of employment and the 400 bucks allowance would at least tie me over.
