The interview process is kind of a mess at the company. It begins with a screening interview from HR... even if they have already screened you a couple times and you have connections inside the company. The second interview was with the team you would be working with, or would be managing. The third interview was with the hiring Manager. Fourth/Fifth interview (if not combined) was with business partners you would be working with. The final interview was with the CFO. The primary issue with interviewing for a position with Comcast, similar to asking customer service there to resolve an issue, is you never know where you stand in the process. You will never know if your candidacy is moving forward until you receive an email to do another round, or receive the form rejection message ending your candidacy. The rejection email may come quickly, or it may come significantly later (I received a rejection notice, no joke, 13 months after interviewing for a role). On the flip side I received a call to move me to the next round 3 months after my interview. In this respect, you never know where you are in the process unless you call/email talent acquisition and hope they take the time to respond.
