I applied through other source. I interviewed at Comcast Business in Feb 2025
Interview
I had a terrible experience interviewing for a sales role with Comcast Business. After multiple rounds, my final interview was with Nora Rhodes, the hiring manager. At the end of the Zoom call, she offered me the job, expressed her excitement, and even followed up with an email saying she was “excited to have me on the team.” She mentioned that the next steps would be the background check and drug test.
Then—radio silence. Three or four days passed with no updates. Finally, late on a Friday at 6:00 PM, the recruiter reached out and casually informed me that they decided to go with another candidate at the last minute. While disappointing, I moved on—until I saw Nora posting a new hiring announcement just two weeks later. Since I had already made it to the offer stage, I figured I’d be a top contender. I reached out, only to be told they would “circle back” after interviews. Once again, they chose someone else.
To go from a job offer and welcome email to being passed over—twice—is beyond unprofessional. This was hands down the worst candidate experience I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine what it’s like to work there.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer? And how did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Comcast Business
Interview
4 part process starting with recruiter. Next is the hiring manager, a colleague/other manager, and then director level. Fairly easy process but they took a while to call back which will make you think you didn’t get the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Comcast Business in Nov 2023
Interview
Very frustrating interview process. The recruiters here are very inexperienced, lack communication, and professionalism. I went through 3 interviews. A phone screen, panel with 2 hiring managers, and a Director level interview. I have followed up 3 times with the recruiter and have not received any feedback. Ghosted..
