I applied in-person. I interviewed at Comcast (Lansing, MI)
Interview
Had an initial phone interview that consisted on basic interview questions. I was then asked to interview in person in Lansing for a Detroit Metro territory. I arrived at interview and was told there was an error in communication and the position was for the Lansing territory. I had them interview me anyways for the experience. Very difficult interview, and very disappointing experience with the disorganization of Comcast.
I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (Denver, CO) in Jun 2015
Interview
Well, it was a phone interview and if you passed that the second interview was 1:1 with a supervisor and if all went well, you get the final interview with the manager....
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Comcast (Harrisburg, PA) in May 2013
Interview
You are questioned by a supervisor then a manager. The supervisor ask "what would you do" type questions to see how you handle stressful situations. The they tell you wait and send in a manager to ask similar questions. Very basic, not well thought out. Seems like only doing for the process.
