Spoke with the recruiter about the role for about 30 minutes; went alright but recruiter didn’t seem super interested, so I was surprised to hear the hiring manager wanted to do a video interview with me. The hiring manager was very easy to talk to and the interview lasted for an hour, and felt very much like a conversation around my experience, the responsibilities of the role, and then specific questions she had for me (mostly behavior based). She let me know that the top two candidates would have a final interview with her boss and I would find out within a couple weeks. I never did receive any kind of follow up.
