I met with the Director of Sales and Manager of Sales for an in-person interview about 3 days after having a phone interview with HR and the director. They asked me general questions related to customer service and why I would like to work for the company. It took 3 weeks for the entire process of applying online, getting a drug test/background check and actually starting the job.

You get screened by a recruiter first. After you pass that step then you interview with the hiring Manager and a Supervisor. If all goes will recruitment will contact you right away either by the end of the day or the next day.
