The lasy I met with was nice questions were a little redundant. It's hard to get into Comcast unless you have a personal reference. I never recieved a email confirmation on wether I got the position or not I had to contact a recruiter.

The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.
