I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Comcast (Alpharetta, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Very Easy. Phone interview, Face to face interview, then an offer is made. No real requirements. Just don't lie on your background check, it is very thorough. Do not lie about degrees or anything else. They DO check. The background check is very thorough. The hours are morning to afternoon or afternoon to evening, 4.5 hour shifts. Great way to supplement your income for sure if you can work the hours.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to overcome an objection. Tell me a little about yourself, life goals, professional goals, etc.
There was a Phone interview first, then an in person interview where you answered questions as a group, then one on one. Overall an average interview experience. Would recommend applying if customer service is a strong suit
I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (Alpharetta, GA) in May 2017
Interview
I found the ad through an agency. I was able to get scheduled for an interview less than a week later. My interview was part of a group interview. We were introduced by several managers in the facility who went over their careers with Comcast and gave us a great short clip about the company and its history. We were then pulled away individually with a manager who interviewed us separately.
