I applied online, and was contacted by their hiring agency, Manpower, after about 2 days. They asked me to fill out a questionnaire online before they could proceed with the interview process. The questionnaire is basically a personality test. I took it the same day that they contacted me, I think it took about an hour to complete it. The next morning (day 3), they called back to schedule a phone interview for the afternoon. The phone interview was going well, until I let him know that I would be getting married this summer and would be out of state for a week. The first 90 days has to be uninterrupted, and the first 6 weeks is training. We stopped the interview right there, but he let me know that my questionnaire answers are valid for 6 months, so I can apply again after the wedding, which is about 2 months from now. If I re-apply, he told me that we can pick up where we left off at the phone interview. Everyone I spoke to was very professional, and I will definitely consider applying again.
