Interview
Initial screening phone call. If you are alive and have a sense of personality, you'll get through it.
Two face to face interviews. First one seemed like another screening to make sure you have a personality/experience
Second one was more of making sure you were a good fit.
If you have a personality (get the trend) you will ace the interviews. They are looking for someone who can talk comfortably with people and work ethic
*You need to pass an assessment online test before any interview. aka don't come across as a creeper or a theif

Question 1
Sales experience
Jobs in past
How do you feel about working in the weather
what do you do about dealing with rejection
Simple, one phone call and one in person. Quick call back after that, this was for an in store position so the barrier to enter is pretty low. I believe they were desperate for people at the time.

I was then moved on the speak with supervisor of the division. We discussed, informally, the position and my previous jobs and accomplishments. Lastly, if he/she likes you, you are then moved to the last stage which is speaking with the director (also informal). Received a call stating they like me and offered me the position.
