I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Comcast (Voorhees, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online, received a call with an interview the next day, was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was about a week later and were about 10 people into to be seen. Brief history on the company then each person was interviewed individually. They seemed really nice, but unfortunately I feel that although I would've been great for the position, others probably had better experience when written on a resume. My life experience didn't really matter.

Question 1
What did you do in a situation where you had an irate customer?
The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.
