Routine application then pre-employment assessment. I am trying to relocate to another state and listed all of the information in my cover letter and resume. I received an email a few days after completing my pre-employment assessment saying my application was withdrawn. When I inquired about this, because I didn't withdraw it, they said that the commute would be too long. They did not even look at my cover letter or resume.

Pre-employment assessment - approximately 60 minutes - basic personality questions and math questions
4 or 5 people in the room. Wasn’t professional. Asked me my favorite baseball teams. Didn’t take it serious. Offered job but i declined due to low pay. Was quick less than 10 minutes.
Easy interview. Great job. Got a phone call then returned the call. Answered some questions. Asked some questions. Answered some more questions. It was great. Good questions and nice attitudes all around.

Asked entry level questions. A lot to do with personality questions. Have to be open to be being trainable and good with speaking and working right by people. This job can be done by pretty much anyone and it is company paid training.
