I applied online and a little over a week later, I got an email requesting for me to set up a phone interview. So I picked a date and time for the interview online. After the phone interview, they emailed me an online assessment. After passing the assessment, about 2 or 3 days later I got a phone call to set up a formal interview. Walking into the building there were about 100 applicants. They took us into a conference room about 10 at a time and went over the job description and benefits. Then we got separated into locations according to where we live. They had a big room with several tables. Two interviewers at each table. After the interview, if they didn't like you, they sent you home. If they did, you moved to second round. I made second round, had a one on one interview in a Private room, and they said they would call me in 5 to 7 business days. On the 8th business day, they called me and told me to reapply online to have my information fresh in the system and the next day they called and extended an offer to me. My training will not start for a month.
