Contacted by recruiter within a day of submitting application. Phone screen conversation went well and was scheduled for an interview with the District Manager. This interview was a panel interview with the Market Manager and 2 of his assistant managers. Standard behavioral type of questions. Was told I would be contacted within a week regarding my progression in the interview process. After 3 weeks I have not received any further communication. Very unprofessional in my book to not reply to my inquiries. As a hiring manager myself I know this is not a good business practice.
