Phone interview. Asked to give examples of safety from prior employment. Asked to give examples of technical expertise from prior employment. Asked to give examples of customer service from prior employment. Asked why I wanted this position. Discussed starting wage and training process. Finally was asked if I had any questions.
Virtual and then in person. Usually a group interview first then more one on ones. You usually have to wait for a hiring blitz and get called in to a conference room with a lot of others.
The contacted me first. I accepted the job application. Then after 2 months, I just got a response two days ago saying Theyve moved on with the process and stopped the hiring process due to covid
Hiring manager seemed disengaged and neglected to talk about how, asked me if I read the job description. He seemed to be too busy to meet with me. He kept looking at his computer.
