I applied online and was called back the same week with a phone interview. I took an online assessment then was scheduled for a face to face interview the next week. The face to face interview was also a job fair. Walk ins were welcomed. Most people that I talked to in the lobby had not even filled out an application or taken the assessment. They gave a great, informative presentation during the first half of the interview. However, when it came time to sit down with the store manager, right away I knew something was wrong. She was sitting in the interviewee's chair and told me to go sit in the back. But then I would have sat in her spot. She sighed loudly and said "never mind just sit here" as if she didn't even want to be interviewing me. During the entire interview her attention was split between me and her coworker. She kept looking over at her and making facial expressions as if she wasn't interested. I felt disrespected and like I was wasting my time. I was able to answer every question in detail and am confident that I did great on my end. I stated that I was available to work at 4 different locations and I did not get the job. I wish I had chosen a different location to interview with.
