      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Elmhurst, IL)

      Interview

Applied through the website and received and email inviting me to take the assessment. The assessment consist of a virtual call center where you had different scenarios that you had to answer as best of your ability. Once you pass the assessment you receive a phone call with a rep from power solutions setting up a phone interview, which will consist of questions about how you fit with Comcast and questions about your resume and background. If the phone interviewer feels your fit for the company she will then let Comcast reps know whether you should come in to a face to face interview. I passed my phone interview as well and I received a face to face interview. I thought my interview went well I answered all the questions regarding the company I knew the technology they have there and then the man told me the next steps would be a emails stating if I gave received the job or not in about two weeks I left feeling good about myself and the interview. MONTHS went by and I haven't received an email or anything.! I checked my career status on their website it does not say wether I received the job or not so I just automatically assumed I didn't receive the job even tho the status is still pending on the site and still have yet to receive a rejection email or congratulations email I just Wish they would be consistent with he hiring process for everyone.! Don't think I'll attempt to apply again it's just un professional!
