Interview
Very long process because of so many applicants. First you get a phone interview, then a general intelligence test, then personal interview, then a second and maybe more personal interviews. Could take months to get hired, but worth the wait.

What qualifies you for this job? Why should we hire you over all the other applicants?
It was actually pretty interesting and all rounds of the interview were happening on the same day on rotation bases. They also made sure people waiting felt comfortable and offered snacks and water.

Interview
There was a basic knowledge test administered, and a phone interview a few weeks after. There was no response after the phone interview, until 30 days after the phone review at which point they asked for an in-person interview. Basic customer service questions were asked.

They have a orientation where they tell about the company benefits, also tell you about Comcast's history and their stocks and revenue. They provide a vehicle and give an idea of the procedures prior to the interview process. Once you interview they mostly go on a one on one basis.
