I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Comcast in Nov 2014
Interview
Phone interview and online screening, no real personal interaction until the first day of training. Acceptance letter was sent in the mail and needed to be signed and mailed back, then I was just told what day to start. Initial 6 week training process before actually taking any calls.

Question 1
Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Knoxville, TN) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was a very pleasant experience. A few " Explain a time when ..." type of questions. The interviewers put you at ease immediately by giving you information about them and their role. You will know if you advance on to the next round because you will be escorted to the next interviewer, normally 2 or 3 on the same day. Never be afraid to ask for the job and more importanly make sure that you sell yourself. This is your opportunity to brag about all you've done.
