There's about five steps ,two phone interviews, 3.online assessment. 4 in person interview . There's suppose to be a follow up call to let the phone know if they received the job . i'm not sure if they call to let the person know if they didn't. The online assessment is timed so come prepared.

Formal, interviewed with Operations Manager first then referred to CUSTOMER SERVICE
Formal interview with Operations Manager then referred to Customer service Manager for a second interview which was less formal but based on “fit” as the job was high pressure with mandatory sales goals achievement.

So far the process has been great. I have an interview on 5/17; I was informed it would be a group information session/interview.
I first submitted my app thru Indeed... got an email for me to complete the Comcast app online from Manpower.... answered about 7 prescreening questions... was sent the assessment... passed that.... received my invitation to the interview... all within a few days
