Phone interview, in-person interview, background check and drug screen, and then offer letter! It was pretty simple just time consuming, but nothing worth having is quick and easy! The anticipation was the worst part.

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation
