Recruiter reached out and did a phone interview. Then the hiring manager wanted an in person. Went in and interviewed with 7 people in one day. I did appreciate setting up an entire day. While long, it's better than going back multiple times.
A few of the interviewers didn't have a computer or my resume with them. Glad I brought extras but a few didn't even care to take the copy from me. I was put off by that. I got a sense that a couple of the people I interviewed with didn't want to be there and they showed it. People need to understand that interviewing is a two way street. I'm deciding if I want to work with you too.
No one offers their business card for follow up questions or other. I thought no big deal, I'll get them from the HR person. However, what they don't tell you is that after the interview, you will hear crickets. They have a policy of not answering follow up or thank you emails.
