Applied about a month and a half ago. Got a phone interview about 2 weeks later. Was asked simple questions and asked to take an online assessment. Was timed on about 300 questions on mechanical equations and personality based questions. The day after I was set up for an interview the following Thursday. There was only two of us so they explained the position a little more in detail and gave us a tour of the vans we will be driving. After that we had our 1 on 1 interview. Took 2 days for the recruiter to tell me the interview went great and then she emailed me a link to places for me to take my drug test which had to be completed in 48 business hours which I took 2 days ago and passed. Now all I’m waiting for is my background check to clear (which takes 2-3 weeks) and a starting date.
