Just had One HR screening round. After the call HR mentioned that they consider me for the next round and then they never called back. I keep on doing follow up with HR but no reply at all. Worst Communication practices. (At least they should communicate with the candidate.) Still I haven't got any response, I have sent 25-30 email for getting the update still, HR is not responding.
