Interview
One of my best friend told me about the position because of her younger sister job at Comcast, we decided to do the application on line. A few weeks later a recruiter called can ask me a few questions that lasted up to 45 min over the phone . he processed on to tell me about the position and the salary and what to looking forward in to the interview process. I then received a letter from my recruiter about a online assessment that i had to complete and pass to move forward into the next process. i took the test that night it wasn't hard at all basic listening skills and personality skills and what would you do if....... During the following week i called my recruiter and he tell me that i passed the assessment and i will be receiving a email to schedule my face to face interview which is march 20 so wish me luck
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company
