I applied online and did not hear back for a few months and completely forgot about it until I got an email out of the blue. When we scheduled a phone interview, they told me to dial into their conference call instead of them calling me. The HR rep seemed unprepared and thought I was someone else and that I was applying for a completely different location. I did not hear back for 2 weeks until I reminded them through the email of my application and they suddenly responded that they wanted to schedule an interview for the following day. This time the phone interview was with the supervisor and afterwards, he told me I would hear within a week. I waited a week, and sent a follow up email and nothing. Then I waited another week with radio silence. Finally, I called the HR rep 3 weeks after my second interview and she told me she would call me back in 10 minutes. She never ended up calling back and did not pick up my following call. She later apologized through email about 5 hours after she promised to call me back. Overall it was a frustrating process with a lack of communication that did not make me feel welcome or valued as an applicant.
