      Tier I Tech Support Interview

      Mar 20, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Miramar, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Miramar, FL) in Mar 2017

      Interview

I was contacted by a talent acquisition agency (Manpower) and did a phone interview. After being told I am a good candidate, it took a few months to get a call for a face to face interview with an actual Comcast supervisor. Once HR did their thing, I got the job pretty quickly. The interview was very informal and short. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable (and I am shy). Then if I remember correctly there was a 6-week paid training. The trainer was AMAZING, he had the best energy yet was down to earth. He knew his stuff and showed us respect.
