I applied online received a phone call 3 weeks later asking for a phone screening with a recruiter. After passing the initial screening I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. A week later I was asked for an onsite interview which consisted of 1/2 interviews with 5 individuals who were part of the team. Total interview was 2 hours long. Everyone was very pleasant, enjoyed working for comcast, and made me feel as though I would be a great fit to the team.
