Applied online, contacted by recruiter, set up phone interview, once passed received assessment. After assessment pass schedule in person interview. Interview individually at the same time as a group of others interview in close proximity.
Easy and understanding they want you to succeed and I felt like I was encouraged to ask questions and they were really professional.
Comcast despite its rep cares about its employees it seems
The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.
