After applying for the position online, I received an email requesting a phone interview. Phone interview was scheduled immediately, and I was offered to move forward. Next step was another application online (done via computer only). Next step was an assessment that consisted of taking phone calls on the computer. It was fun! Next I was called the next day for a f2f with management in Miramar office. It was held in a stuffy room with about 30 people. The A/C wasn't working 😳. The presentation lasted about 1 hour. Telling you about the job, training, benefits and pay. Next there was a one on one with a manager. If you passed that, they asked you to wait and see a higher manager. Mostly questions related to your previous job, your skills and role play. The whole thing took me about 4 hours.
