Interview
Everything was scripted. Not very personal. Past experiences and other jobs obviously didnt matter. I had experience selling internet/tv/home phone/security with another company and was told they needed somebody with more experience which leads me to believe it has more to do with politics and ethnic requirements. Overall it was very big company interview process. Makes it seem like a big deal and you get a quick meet and a phone call.

The interview is a behavioral based interview that focuses on scenarios and responses on how to manage under pressure. Most scenarios focus on providing good customer service and working to resolution.

Online, structured with questions. Approximate time thirty to forty minutes. A series of approximately ten questions with time for follow up. Interviewer was pleasant and the questions were what I expected.

Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
