Initial preliminary interview was 15 mins, basic questions. Second interview was a panel of 4 interviewees asking scenario based questions. Followed by the HR Manager who went over similar questions. Last interview was conducted by staff of 4 who’d you’d be working with. See if you’d be a good fit. It was an extremely lengthy process and it appears that the organization has relatively no regard for your time. It’s been two weeks without any type of follow up and I’ve sent emails to my recruiter asking for feedback. After nearly a month process, I didn’t receive a courteous rejection email of any kind. Again, I’m not disgruntled because I didn’t receive an offer, it’s the lack of communication.
