Only asked 20 silly situational questions. No questions about your experience or work related questions or of anything of importance. Just 20 petty situational questions, asked by the manager at the warehouse and another manager I could barely hear on the telephone.

Interview
An HR rep will call for the initial questionnaire and if you pass this section then they will set up an in person interview. There is about a 2 week gap between the interview and finding out if you have the job or not. They will not give you an honest scope of the job, even if you ask specific questions. All you will be doing is scanning products in the system, or scan products to go out of the system.
