Applied in October, 2018 and within a day had a phone screening. Was emailed assessment and received a response shortly after that I was no longer being considered for the position. Reapplied in January 2019 and had another phone screening in which I was told that they would like to invite me in for a face to face interview. It was discovered at that point that I had passed the assessment in October and that it was a clerical error that generated the previous response. Went to the Jacksonville, FL location for an interview where about 40 individuals were present to interview. The call center's management team did a presentation informing the group of the job. They try to make it a fun and relaxed informational presentation. Then,one by one, invite to meet with a team supervisor. If all goes well, then a second interview the same day with a manager. Found out two days later was conditionally offered a job. Drug and background screening to follow which took 6 days. Formal offer extended. Start date was more than 30 days out.
