The process is extremely slow... they called to do a job fair thing... where they showed the store to us...THAT WAS IT..... The said they would call back in like 3 days, which were actually 2 weeks and it was to inform of an assessment they where going to send for me to fill out... and then they will call me in a week if i have won my chance at an interview....
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Three interviews, solo. One with recruiter, second with another manager, and a final one with a different manager. Very laid back if you talk about sales and your ability to drive them.
Fairly easy interview process. First you have a phone screening with recruiter, if you pass there then you go on to a second phone call with upper management. If successful, you go onto video interview with the manager as well as upper management. Response is quick.
