Great questions were asked and also a space to really understand you as a person. There didn't seem to be a specific strategy and seemed organic. I was very comfortable and didn't seem awkward.

Phone screen followed by a group interview, first interview goes well after that no one is interested in hiring you. Seems like they have candidates picked out prior to listing the position as the group interview is a joke, disengaged people just wasting your time.

Phone interview with HR which led to a panel interview that included managers and director. The interview lasted approximately an hour. Be prepared to discuss your leadership qualities and style. The process overall was a positive experience.
