I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Comcast (Beaverton, OR) in Jan 2019
Interview
There were two people interviewing each applicant, in a room with about 10 applicants at a time. It's loud, and meant to weed out those that can't concentrate in that type of environment. I've worked call centers before, and it's not as hard to concentrate as this interview was. It was more like an interrogation, and was very unnerving.

Question 1
How would you handle a co-worker that wasn't pulling their weight?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company
