First there was a brief phone interview with the recruiter. He was honest about the salary and wanted to make sure I was OK with it because he said it was not negotiable. During that phone call, he set up an in-person interview. A few days later, that in-person interview got rescheduled to a later date. When I finally went in, I met with two people who were clearly not seasoned at interviewing and were not good at it. They did nothing to make me feel comfortable. They did not attempt to have a conversation with me; the whole thing was robotic. The questions were pretty basic. They left me with the impression that they'd be making a decision quickly, but that didn't happen. I didn't hear anything for well over a month. (And at that time, it was a form-letter rejection.) They also told me to direct any questions to the recruiter, meaning they didn't want to be bothered, which is understandable. However, I could never get a hold of the recruiter. Phone calls and emails to him went unanswered. Very, very unprofessional.
