Applied through an agency. Set up an interview with the company. I interviewed with Manager and Director. I was offered a position the same day. There weren't negotiations on the salary as the agency had this as a temp to hire position.

Very easy one interview. Spoke with two managers and not an hour later was offered the position and hour later. Once the offered me the position I started pretty fast.
