The entire process seemed disorganized. Communication was not as expected. I had 1 interview & was expecting another so I could learn more about position. I was offered a position then told the position was full & to apply for a different posting so they could proceed; but don't give notice until you receive offer letter. I didn't get offer letter in time to give adequate notice at my $70,000 current position (though I did give notice). Never did recieve any more info about position. Onboarding was extremely disorganized & only communicated via email; so many emails. Extreme lack of communication with the training; very unorganized. 8 weeks of out of date training with little interaction from "Training Supervisor". Hope you are smart to grasp some of it. And now you are live with very few questions answered..."I hope I did that right for the customer "! All for a $32,000 salary. Hmm. Did I make the right decision? Answer...No. Not for the pay cut i took and not for what is expected at that salary and not for the potential advancement opportunities.
