Interview
Recruiter reached out to me because my resume was in a database. Had a behavioral interview and a technical one about 3 weeks later. The recruiter was slow to respond (around 3 weeks) and even called me out of the blue once to schedule another interview. Was a little weird. Behavioral was with someone in HR and technical was with an engineering manager in a different location.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond your job description/responsibilities.
First round was online, standard behaviorial questions like why Comcast, why the program. Follow-up was with team of members, again nothing really technical, pretty easy and not to stressful. A bit slow to respond.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Comcast in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied through campus job board. Had a 30 minute interview with two reps on campus. They didn't seem very excited to be there overall. They also didn't have very good communication skills.
I also botched the interview because it was my first technical interview I had done but that is a different story.
