      May 20, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast in Apr 2014

      Interview

I filled out an app on 4/1. I received a request to complete an online assessment on 4/10 and 20 minutes after I completed the assessment I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. On 4/15 I received an email to schedule a face to face interview. I interviewed on 4/22. I was interviewed by two managers who took turns asking me situational questions. It was pretty standard. On 4/25 I received an offer letter pending a drug screening and background check. My background check didn't begin until 5/1. Today is 5/19 and I received my final offer letter and I start training on 5/26

      Anonymous employee
      Knoxville, TN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Knoxville, TN) in Nov 2016

      Interview

It was a very pleasant experience. A few " Explain a time when ..." type of questions. The interviewers put you at ease immediately by giving you information about them and their role. You will know if you advance on to the next round because you will be escorted to the next interviewer, normally 2 or 3 on the same day. Never be afraid to ask for the job and more importanly make sure that you sell yourself. This is your opportunity to brag about all you've done.
