I was interviewed by two people (one would be my manager and the other was his manager) that had two different sets of questions that they alternated asking from. They started by asking me to describe the position I was applying for and then moved on to the general "what are your strengths" type questions. It ended up being a really short interview. Just about 30 minutes.
The interview was held In Person - Basic Questions.
Why do you want to work here? Tell me about yourself. They asked me a lot of Situational Questions. It was a very very very good interview

Interview
HR does the initial review of candidates. They are very out of touch of what all of the roles are therefore candidates that might be a great fit are tossed out. Leaders should be initially interviewing candidates NOT HR. Lots of talent is missed because of this process.
