I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
The hiring process was very long, almost 2 months to actually get to the last interview. Most of it was over phone and in person. The people to actually interview us was very rude and just didn't seem to care about what really anyone had to say. Very unorganized methodology as well and overall just a disappointing interview.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why Comcast? What do you know about us? etc.,
The interview process consisted of practical knowledge and troubleshooting experience. You will be trained on the job, so they really want to see how you think and determine your character.

Describe a time you had to think outside the box to solve a problem?
It was easy. There were three other hirers in the room with me taking turns asking queSTIONS. They allowed me time to ask them any questions I had as well and I did.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Rohnert Park, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
During the initial process, I was interviewed over the phone and they asked simple scenario questions. Then, they told me I was going to get another interview but with supervisors. I was interviewed by three supervisors and they also asked scenario question plus behavioral question. The supes were pretty laid back and were awesome to work with.
