Said they would update me and then they never did. Interviewer was on his phone and they didn't pay me any attention. I was asked questions completely unrelated to the job I was interviewing for.
The interview is a behavioral based interview that focuses on scenarios and responses on how to manage under pressure. Most scenarios focus on providing good customer service and working to resolution.

How would you respond to a customer that is unhappy with a high bill?
Online, structured with questions. Approximate time thirty to forty minutes. A series of approximately ten questions with time for follow up. Interviewer was pleasant and the questions were what I expected.

Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
