Interviewed by a departmental manager and supervisor. Heard back with an answer in less than two weeks. Had to fill out on-boarding papers and take a drug test, than was offered the job a few days later. Started about two weeks later.

HR does the initial review of candidates. They are very out of touch of what all of the roles are therefore candidates that might be a great fit are tossed out. Leaders should be initially interviewing candidates NOT HR. Lots of talent is missed because of this process.
